Employee Engagement Survey

We recently completed our first Employee Engagement survey, which was a great initiative run and established by Tana Wrigley. We received some excellent positive feedback, with all staff answering “Yes” to “Overall, are you happy working at Blake Clough” and to “Do you plan on staying with Blake Clough for the next two years?”

Most importantly, the survey has provided areas where we need to do better, such as provision of more training and more clarity on internal processes. We have since ramped up our internal training sessions, and we are considering what external training might be helpful, as well as enabling more participation in industry conferences and seminars. We are working hard on our internal processes, and will be communicating better on these going forward. We are passionate on ensuring that Blake Clough Consulting is a great place to work where we can all enjoy working together!
