Development & Training
Personal development of our team is a priority, and we provide extensive in-house training from our highly skilled consultants. We also ensure that our staff have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project types through our regular review and engagement process. We also support our team to undertake external training on a case by case basis.
Whilst we are a small team, we are able to secure work with large, prestigious clients as well as delivering a large range and variety of work. Our clients range from large, offshore wind farm developers (such as Corio and Total) to the distribution and transmission network companies, onshore renewable developers and even the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Feedback from our team is that the range and variety of clients and project types is particularly appealing.
We understand that everyone has responsibilities outside of working life and we accommodate this by offering flexibility – all staff either work in a hybrid manner or a fully remote working. However, where staff are remote we ensure that there is the option to meet the team or team members on a regular basis. We allow bank holidays to be accrued and taken at any time, as well as having flexibility to buy, sell and carry over annual leave.
We are a young team and support face to face social events – we are planning two team events for 2024 including one to an international location. In office locations we also have regular team lunches, and we have weekly calls with the entire team to enable discussion on a variety of issues, from projects to social aspects.
